Woman crushed after quad bike hits cow

A woman was seriously injured when she was crushed by both a motorbike and a cow, in north-east Victoria.

A woman was seriously injured when she was crushed by both a motorbike and a cow, in north-east Victoria this afternoon.

Ambulance Victoria says the woman was riding the four-wheel bike on a property at Tallandoon when she hit the cow.

The bike and the animal fell on her and she suffered serious head and back injuries.

The woman was flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
